Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Agent to join our team at National Bank. As an Operations Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and colleagues by providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for resolving operational and IT issues for branch staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in-person and via phone or email
  • Manage conference room schedules and coordinate events with internal and external partners
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including mail distribution, document filing, and supply ordering
  • Work closely with a team of investment advisors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience, or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience
  • College diploma in administration, an asset
  • Experience working in financial services, an asset
  • Practical knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills
