Territory Sales Lead

Work closely with sales representatives to deliver appropriate Ag Innovation solutions to farm customers in territory.

Field Moisture Service Support

Execute consultations, data entry and administration for Field Moisture Service with customers within territory.

SprayConnect Service Support

Execute administration and preparation on SprayConnect projects for customers in territory.

SoilConnect Service Support

Conduct/assist with all SoilConnect soil sampling procedures as required.

Agronomy and Sales Support

Continue to develop and grow a robust expertise in agronomy.

Data and Digital Tools Support

Support the development of hardware, software, and data tools to support sales representatives as requested by Ag Innovation Manager.

Industry Liaison

Establish and maintain strong relationships and large industry network.

  • Establish Ag Innovation Services as a differentiator for Simplot Grower Solutions over other crop input retails as well as private agrologists and equipment companies.

  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Ag Innovation Team and sales representatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years Agronomy experience, experience leading people an asset, but not required.
  • Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Knowledge of application equipment, willing to network with experts in the industry for support (John Deere, Case IH, etc)
  • Knowledge of West Central Saskatchewan production practices
