Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contributor to a new regional plan to achieve sales success in the area with the support of other regional sales engineers and a seasoned leadership team.

  • Provide both product and service solutions that allow for continuous life cycle interaction with end users, integrators and contractors.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships while driving direct customer growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Power Management industry.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered rapid revenue and margin growth objectives via a clear set of KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful & results orientated with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Recognized by peers to be ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient & highly motivated.
  • Outstanding sales ability and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for customer success.
  • Strong presentation / communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions within customer and Regal Rexnord organizations.
  • Ability and desire to travel domestically (by car) on a regular basis and ability to travel nationally/internationally 1-2 times a year.
  • Valid Drivers License is required.
