About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at McFarlan Rowlands Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their policies are accurately processed and claims are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate service to assigned clients, handling inquiries and policy changes.
  • Process and manage policy documentation, including renewals, coverage reviews, and presentations.
  • Monitor renewals, issue binders, and record claims transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of policy coverage and vehicle schedules.
  • Manage accounts receivable and adhere to corporate procedures.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare presentations and assist with special projects.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO license required.
  • 3-5 years of commercial lines experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial coverages, wordings, and products.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
