Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of ten years commercial real estate management experience, with increasing accountabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and hospitality orientation, with the ability to maintain strong relationships.
  • A strong understanding of financial statements, and contract law.
  • Command of the English language with superior written and oral communication, and computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiating skills.
  • A post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or Finance, with demonstrated career certification as a CPM, RPA, or equivalent.
  • The relevant Provincial real estate license or the willingness to acquire it within one year of employment.
