Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Management Associate to join our team at Routes Car & Truck Rental Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in property management or a related field. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, coupled with excellent oral communication skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assign tasks to sales workers, ensuring they are working effectively towards common goals.
  • Authorize payments by cheque, maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial protocols.
  • Create and manage schedules for staff, considering individual needs and workload requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, helping us make informed decisions about our business.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demands.
