Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Licensing Division as a Senior Licensing and Intellectual Property Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IP management and transactions, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective monetization strategies.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement tailored monetization strategies to realize the full value of our IP portfolio
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish partnerships and drive business growth
* Conduct comprehensive due diligence to support technology transactions and maximize value
* Lead negotiations and draft/executing agreements to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred
* 10 years of combined experience in research, development, operations, business development, intellectual property management, and transactions
* Proven ability to assess IP and its impact, generate licensing opportunities, and negotiate terms
* Experience in complex licensing and sales transactions, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
* Strong leadership, communication, research, analytical, organizational, creative, and problem-solving skills
