Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Onboarding
- Welcome and engage with every member who enters the studio, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits and unique features of our fitness program.
- Studio Operations
- Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Generate leads and traffic to the studio through various marketing and outreach efforts.
- Provide studio tours and introduce members to our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
- Member Experience
- Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Sell memberships and promote our fitness program to existing and potential members.
- Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner.
- Studio Maintenance
- Ensure all areas of the studio are clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for members.
