Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Services

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. As a Physiotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with actual or potential impairment, pain, functional limitations, or disabilities. You will provide service in outpatient, inpatient, and community settings, educating and communicating with other health disciplines, the general public, family members, and caregivers. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required. The successful applicant may be required to provide services anywhere within the Rehabilitation Services portfolio.
About YouWe are looking for a highly qualified Physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree or entry-level master program in Physiotherapy from an accredited university. Membership with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists is also required. Computer skills, including statistics input, word processing, and Outlook, are necessary. Annual Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation certification is also required. Additional courses or education in specialized areas of practice, such as cardio-respiratory techniques, acupuncture, stroke rehabilitation, manual therapy, balance training, etc., are an asset. Competencies in other languages, particularly French, are also an asset. Please ensure your resume is up to date and includes all relevant education, experience, training, and certifications.
Hours- Short Assignment Full-time; 100% FTE, 75 Hours Bi-weekly
- Approximately 7-month assignment
$33.97 - $42.89 hourly
