We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Rental Coordinator at Cooper Equipment Rentals.

About the Role

  • Process rental requests and communicate effectively with customers and sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate findings to staff daily.
  • Process new rental contracts and manage cycle billing, contract filing, and equipment exchanges.
  • Coordinate with the service department on rental equipment and service/repair issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in the construction equipment rental industry.
  • Self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable with computers and knowledge of Systematic is an asset.
