We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Rental Coordinator at our Thorold, ON branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process rental requests and communicate effectively with customers and sales teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate findings to staff daily
  • Process new rental contracts and coordinate with the service department on equipment issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in the construction equipment rental industry
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Comfortable with computer systems and knowledge of Systematic is an asset
