Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Flat Van Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences; determine and establish office procedures and routines; answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; answer electronic enquiries; compile data, statistics, and other information; greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs; plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, database software, and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral communication, organized, and accurate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Requirements: Permanent position, 35 to 40 hours per week, working in English.
