Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Coordinator to join our Spare Parts Distribution After Sales & Service team. As an Inventory Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inventory data clean-up initiatives and develop procedures to maintain quality data within our ERP system.
  • Work closely with the Spare Parts Warehouse team to coordinate items required for customer orders and communicate priorities in a timely manner.
  • Expedite items needed for urgent spare parts orders in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
  • Track and coordinate spare parts required for projects and maintain the Spares Kanban board in Jira.
  • Support the maintenance of Spare Parts metrics and KPI reporting.
  • Process internal and external SRMA's and customer warranty requests.
  • Support action item monitoring and reporting with the Distribution Manager.
  • Develop and report on continual improvement, PSE, and 5S initiatives within the Spare Parts team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an inventory or supply chain related role using MRPII/ERP software.
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts, tools, and methodology.
