Davidson Contract Services is seeking a Parts Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills to oversee the day-to-day activities of our parts service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing inventory, and supervising staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory control and other key performance indicators
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and manage stock levels
  • Maintain records on inventory control system
  • Maintain computerized stock inventory
Supervision

The Parts Service Supervisor will have direct supervision over purchasing and inventory clerks, providing guidance and support as needed.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficiency in inventory control software and Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Outlook and MS Word, is essential for this role.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, and group insurance benefits, we also provide free parking and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree not required, but relevant experience is preferred
