Aircraft Management Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Management Sales Director to join our team at Airside. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the aircraft management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new aircraft management contracts
  • Lead and motivate the aircraft management sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the aircraft management business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft owners, managers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure effective client relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the customer success function and implement best practices to enhance customer experience
  • Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients on aircraft management solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
  • Represent Airside at industry events and conferences to enhance our profile and develop new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance and market analysis
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in the aviation industry with a focus on aircraft management and sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Extensive network of potential clients and strong relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills with at least 10 years of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of aircraft management services and industry regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
