Operating Room Nurse

› Position Overview:
Headwaters Health Care Centre is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our Operating Room Department.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary health team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality patient care in the Operating Room Department
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement
Requirements:
- Current Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum 2 years recent combined clinical experience in Day Surgery, Operating Room, and/or Endoscopy
- Perianesthesia Certificate and Perioperative Certificate
- Current C.P.R. certification
- Acceptable performance and attendance records
