Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at D Spot Dessert Cafe Delta. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Work Environment
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
