Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Kal Tire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere, handle customer inquiries, and provide quotes and process transactions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing: Excel in sales, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, and maintain open and transparent communication with customers and team members.
Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable lifting 30 to 50 lbs.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
- Positive Outlook: Infuse your role with positivity and enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
