Job Overview

The Financial Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Coordinate the receipt, review, and verification of invoices, cheques, and other financial documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including vendor statements and reconciliations.
  • Timely Payment: Process bi-weekly cheque runs and monthly business office remittances to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile manufacturer statements, sublet payables schedules, and electronic transfer payments accounts on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and good communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $52k-$55k per year. AppleOne offers a comprehensive benefits package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
