We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Downtown Toronto.

Job Summary

As a Financial Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounts payable tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formulas, etc.) will be essential in maintaining financial records and generating reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable tasks, including vendor communication, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formulas, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
