About the Role

THE PLANK is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality food service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our culinary standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to achieve our culinary goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, upholding our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
