Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business units and senior leadership team
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Administration with CA or equivalent designation
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced and demanding environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CMA
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, and analysis
