Job Summary

Baviera Investments Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
    • Portion and wrap foods to ensure quality and presentation
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Inventory Management
    • Keep records of food quantities used to optimize inventory and reduce waste
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
    • Use efficient interpersonal skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
    • Support colleagues in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • Will train on the job to develop necessary skills and knowledge
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with high customer traffic
    • Standing for extended periods and working under pressure
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
    • Reliability and ability to work as a team player
