At Leo Pharma Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistician to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Affairs and Global Product Strategy teams, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data from clinical trials and external databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise consultants and provide expert analysis of data from randomized clinical trials, observational studies, and surveys.
  • Contribute to the development of publications on statistical and scientific aspects, including sub-group analyses and meta-analyses.
  • Provide statistical guidance and support for affiliate pricing and reimbursement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build health economic decision models and support reimbursement applications.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in statistics or a related field, with a PhD or formal training in health economics or epidemiology being an advantage.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field, with experience as an informal team leader or supervisor being an asset.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS and R, with experience working with quality of life and patient-reported outcome data being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate complex results to stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
