Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

The Senior Biostatistician will play a pivotal role in KL-CARE, supporting clients through statistical design, data management, quantitative analyses, and report development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing statistical consultation and mentorship to clinicians, researchers, and trainees;
  • Data management, including extracting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis;
  • Collaborating on database design and developing reports for stakeholders;
  • Conducting quantitative analyses and synthesizing research results for operational and research reports;
  • Developing monthly/quarterly/annual reports for executives and funders;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in (Bio)Statistics, Epidemiology, or equivalent required; PhD preferred;
  • Stat. or P.Stat accreditation desirable;
  • Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in applying statistical analysis methods in healthcare settings;
  • Knowledge of research methodology, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis techniques, statistics, and database development;
  • Expert statistical skills in SAS, R, and/or SPSS;
  • Experience collaborating on reports, manuscripts, study proposals, and grants;
  • Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to clients and colleagues;
