The Rotman Research Institute at Baycrest is seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistician to join the Kunen-Lunenfeld Centre for Applied Research & Evaluation (KL-CARE). As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to design and analyze studies, develop reports, and provide statistical consultation and mentorship. Your expertise in data management, statistical analysis, and data visualization will be essential in supporting the development of research proposals, grants, and publications. Key responsibilities include providing statistical consultation and mentorship, managing and analyzing data, developing reports and publications, and collaborating with other KL-CARE staff. To be successful in this role, you will require a graduate degree in (Bio)Statistics, Epidemiology, or a recognized equivalent, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in applying statistical analysis methods in a healthcare setting. You will also need to have expertise in computational analysis using SAS, R, and/or SPSS, as well as experience working with small and large health-based datasets.
