Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency;
  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams, including kitchen staff, front-of-house staff, and maintenance personnel;
  • Coordinating inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling labor costs;
  • Providing ongoing training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Maintaining accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance metrics;
  • Collaborating with district managers and corporate teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives;
