Job Title: Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at CIC Experts Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Office Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Ordering and Inventory: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked front desk.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, Simply Accounting, and basic security clearance.
Work Environment:

Our office is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work independently and under pressure is essential.
