Adecco Canada is currently hiring a temporary full-time Inventory Control Specialist for our client in Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, performing inventory counts, and ensuring efficient inventory management processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all inventory, including keeping count of all items coming and going from the stockroom.
  • Communicate with purchasing to determine what needs to be ordered and when.
  • Place purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely shipping.
  • Work with purchasing to identify the best places to purchase items.
  • Keep the stockroom organized and implement/maintain an inventory system.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
