Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at JRoss Recruiters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Provide ongoing product knowledge training to retail partners to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Account Management
    • Manage a portfolio of retail accounts to ensure optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Market Analysis and Insights
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact business growth.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
    • Provide regular market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Travel and Communication
    • Travel extensively within the designated territory to meet with retail partners and conduct business.
    • Communicate effectively with retail partners, internal stakeholders, and other external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
    • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers.
    • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
