About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Barco, you will be part of a dynamic team of HR professionals dedicated to attracting, welcoming, and developing top talent. Your primary responsibility will be to source and recruit new colleagues across various business units and functional domains within the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and recruitment of diverse profiles at different levels, from initial intake to offer letter creation, leveraging various channels and talent pools to drive strategic and proactive recruitment.
  • First point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring a lean recruitment process, providing regular updates, and generating reports on key metrics.
  • Participating in Talent Acquisition projects, such as enhancing the recruitment process, developing and implementing the employer brand, and collaborating with external selection partners.
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in selection and recruitment, preferably in an international context, with a strong background in employer branding.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques, with a keen understanding of optimal recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Flexibility in scheduling interviews across different time zones, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and enthusiastic team player, able to take initiative, work independently, and propose innovative solutions to improve team functioning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect with various internal and external stakeholders while maintaining discretion.
  • A self-starter, results-oriented, and passionate about your job, with a strong desire to continuously grow and learn as a professional.
