You'll be working with a dynamic team of experts who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to deliver best-in-class talent for critical professional roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Source and engage exceptional talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Conduct in-depth phone interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Facilitate debriefs and consult with hiring managers to negotiate offers and manage candidate relationships
  • Prepare reports on key metrics and present data to leaders and HRBPs
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and French (oral and written)
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices, talent acquisition processes, and systems
  • Proven consulting, project management, and account management skills
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search methods and techniques
  • Experience with technology, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Applicant tracking tool experience (Workday preferred)
