We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our IT Risk & Access Control Group, responsible for ensuring the secure and compliant use of technology across our global Wealth Management businesses.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of IT Risk Analysts and project resources in supporting the secure adoption and usage of third-party applications and other IT and data assets.
  • Partner with Group Risk Management and Global Cyber Security teams to provide trusted advice to business stakeholders on safe and secure IT practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders to ensure understanding of needs and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

What You'll Do:

  1. Lead the strategy and planning for maturation of ACG operations, capabilities, and technology roadmap.
  2. Represent Wealth Management at enterprise forums and working groups.
  3. Direct data analytics and quality to inform reporting & monitoring standardization, operational direction, and project execution.
  4. Provide guidance on policy and compliance requirements, including coaching and education to various stakeholders within Wealth Management.

Your Background:

  • 10+ years' combined experience working with business and technology stakeholders in Enterprise Identity Access Management, Information Security, and/or IT Risk domains.
  • 5+ years' of people management experience.
