We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our IT Risk & Access Control Group, responsible for ensuring the secure and compliant use of technology across our global Wealth Management businesses.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of IT Risk Analysts and project resources in supporting the secure adoption and usage of third-party applications and other IT and data assets.
- Partner with Group Risk Management and Global Cyber Security teams to provide trusted advice to business stakeholders on safe and secure IT practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders to ensure understanding of needs and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the strategy and planning for maturation of ACG operations, capabilities, and technology roadmap.
- Represent Wealth Management at enterprise forums and working groups.
- Direct data analytics and quality to inform reporting & monitoring standardization, operational direction, and project execution.
- Provide guidance on policy and compliance requirements, including coaching and education to various stakeholders within Wealth Management.
Your Background:
- 10+ years' combined experience working with business and technology stakeholders in Enterprise Identity Access Management, Information Security, and/or IT Risk domains.
- 5+ years' of people management experience.
