Salary
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Job Description
As a Risk Management Director for Capital Planning, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of our bank's ICAAP program. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the creation of comprehensive risk assessments, stress testing scenarios, and capital planning reports that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our bank's risk management framework.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather data and insights necessary for accurate risk assessments.
  • Analyze complex financial data to inform capital planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of risk management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate treasury or risk management, preferably within the financial industry.
  • A degree in finance, engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, behavioral economics, or other quantitative field of study.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills to drive initiatives forward.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Excel, Python, SAS, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with banks' balance sheets, P&L, and capital.
