Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Supervisor to join our team at SIDH TRUCK TRANSPORTATION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate transportation activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on transportation operations
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Personal suitability: accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads. The work will involve working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

The language of work is English.

Benefits
