Customer Service Representative II

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and determine the best course of action to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on company processes and initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, both written and oral.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College diploma or University Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Ability to multitask and cope with pressure.
  • Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Computer literate with strong keyboarding skills.
