Customer Service Representative II

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their requests and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve customer requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify customer needs and determine the most effective course of action to meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Technical Support, and Logistics, to ensure seamless issue resolution and product delivery.
- Evaluate situations and address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on new processes and initiatives within the company to provide informed support to customers.
- Process credit card payments and analyze outstanding accounts for accounts receivable and payable.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Operations Manager and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide backup support for Transportation Coordinator as required.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English, both written and oral.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College diploma or University Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Customer-focused thinking.
- Ability to multitask and cope with pressure.
- Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Computer literate with strong keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
