Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their requests and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify customer needs and determine the most effective course of action to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Technical Support, and Logistics, to ensure seamless issue resolution and product delivery.
  • Evaluate situations and address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on new processes and initiatives within the company to provide informed support to customers.
  • Process credit card payments and analyze outstanding accounts for accounts receivable and payable.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with Operations Manager and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide backup support for Transportation Coordinator as required.
Requirements
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, both written and oral.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College diploma or University Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
