About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Paul McIntyre Physiotherapist Corp. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Administer evaluative tests to assess patients' physical abilities
    • Examine patients to identify areas of concern
    • Make decisions on tests and procedures to develop effective treatment plans
  • Program Development
    • Plan physiotherapy programs tailored to individual patients' needs
    • Select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to achieve optimal results
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Maintain clinical and progress reports to track patient progress
    • Confer with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
    • Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients to promote independence and self-management
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
    • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
    • Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination
  • Experience and Skills
    • Experience in sports therapy, orthopedics, and manipulative therapy an asset
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
