We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy View Royal in Victoria. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including clients with complex orthopedic injuries and chronic pain. Our clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, including physiotherapy, concussion care, vestibular therapy, exercise therapy, occupational therapy, and clinical counselling.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
- Certification in IMS/Dry Needling with advanced orthopedic courses, notably in the pelvic health program, is an asset.
- Experience in treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Proven ability to hit the ground running and work effectively with minimal supervision.
