About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Synergy Health Management Ltd. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal physical function and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized physiotherapy programs
  • Plan and implement exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to promote recovery and rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate clinical and progress reports to track patient progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Teach and supervise patients in exercises and activities to promote independence and self-management
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures to assess patient progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
  • Experience in neurology, sports therapy, orthopedics, acute care therapy, and manipulative therapy an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting patients
