  • Plan, coordinate, implement and inspect planned, preventative and emergency maintenance and construction programs.
  • Coordinate with various departments within TCHC to successfully implement assignments.
  • Prepare and report on financial, service performance indicators and other metrics.

The Program Supervisor must also track, manage and forecast project and program budgets, mitigate risks to client's assets through establishment of proven service standards, and respond to emails, telephone calls and requests from Operation site staff, various Facilities Management (FM) staff, management members, in house trades, design and engineering staff, and other corporate stakeholders.
