About the Role

The Victorian Order of Nurses is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of SMART Program Coordinator. As a key member of the SMART Seniors Exercise Program team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination services to ensure the successful delivery of program services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the SMART Seniors Exercise Program, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients and staff
  • Coordinate logistics for program activities, including equipment, supplies, and venue arrangements
  • Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement program services, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote program services and opportunities

Requirements

  • Office Administration Diploma from a post-secondary institution required, plus a minimum of 3 years in an administrative office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs and working knowledge of client/staff database system (Procura is an asset)
  • Demonstrates professional manner and works collaboratively with colleagues, clients, families, and community partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
