Job Title: Director, Sales and Marketing

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development and Marketing to join our team at Ontario Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging promotional materials to showcase our business services and products.
  • Lead Sales and Marketing Efforts: Direct and motivate our sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the management of contracts to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our business services.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Plan and control the budget and expenditures to optimize business performance.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our business services.
  • Plan and Direct Activities: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns.
  • Act as Spokesperson: Act as a spokesperson for Ontario Ltd.
  • Advise Clients: Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Assist in Preparation: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
  • Conduct Surveys: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys.
  • Gather and Prepare Material: Gather, research, and prepare communications material.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
