At ONTARIO LTD., we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Selecting middle managers, directors or other executive staff
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Organized and team player
