About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Human Resources Talent Management team at The Institute for Performance and Learning. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience within the human resources field and the chance to contribute to the continued success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate into programs/projects related to talent management and performance improvement
  • Review and update content, presentations, and toolboxes for our managers and employees
  • Propose ideas to help create or improve our programs or processes
  • Manage calendars, project plans, logistics, and dashboards
  • Act as a bridge between teams to support our programs/projects
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Education:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, organizational development, educational technology, or related field with 1 year completed
