Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at HAB97 Fried Chicken and Mexican Cantina. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Staff Training: Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive high-quality food and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
