Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at HAB97 Fried Chicken and Mexican Cantina. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Food Safety and Handling: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and prepared in a safe and sanitary manner to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all meals are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
