This role is responsible for building and growing our brand within the local market, establishing strong relationships with customers, and overseeing financials, budgets, and workflow management. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in construction, specifically in service roofing, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Building and expanding our brand within the local market
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular networking events and meetings
• Managing financials, budgets, and workflow of invoicing/accounts receivables
• Quoting maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades
• Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crews
• Dispatching calls to field technicians and providing necessary job information prior to arrival on site
As a Service Manager, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals. We offer competitive wages and benefits, a structured bonus program, RRSP matching, and ongoing career development opportunities through our Flynn University Program.
What You Bring:
• 5-7 years of experience in a construction environment, with service roofing experience considered an asset
• Strong leadership, delegation, planning, and management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
