Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent customer service and quality standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure accurate inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and customer service, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. Public transportation is available.
