Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

About the RoleAs a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating the activities of staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively;
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, such as streamlining processes and optimizing workflows;
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs, providing regular reports to management;
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner;
In this role, you will work closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of quality and service.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably in the food service industry;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take initiative;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role;
- A high school diploma or equivalent education, with some post-secondary education in a related field being an asset;
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
